Abuse of Cancellation

This endpoint is provided under a fair-use agreement for our clients. Any abuse of cancellation to avoid insurance costs can result in termination of service. "Refunds" have a time period after activation where cancellation is allowed. The reason of "other" is not permitted to be used automatically and must have a case by case approval.

Test Covers

If you required to activate test covers in production, add a prefix of "test-" to your invoice number to avoid being billed for the insurance costs.
