Activates a cover by ID.
Quote may be refused due to changing credit information
If you get a "Refused" status there is a chance that the underlying credit information has changed since the quote was "Quoted". The statusReason array will be provided with more information.
Check response status for confirmation
If you have not recently polled for the status of the cover using Get Cover By Id, be sure to check the response body shows "status": "Activated".
