The externalId (e.g. "externalId": "6401837I" above) is the reference of the claim file created in the EH claim backend system. Once submitted you can visualise and follow you claim in EOLIS using this Id.

The cover ID of the cover to claim.

The name of the file should not exceed 30 characters and should contain alpha numeric without accents only. The file should not exceed 5 MB. Only PDF or JPG ormats are accepted and the corresponding MIME type should be specified in the request (e.g. "application/pdf" or "image/jpeg")
